Hayduke Trail 

The Hayduke is an 800-milelong route running through Utah and Arizona. It's said to be one of the most scenic thru-hikes in the world and it certainly has some of the most unique scenery. 

Yooper Tours: on the North Country Trail

550 miles of the North Country Trail runs through Michigan's Upper Peninsula. It's considered by many to be the best part of the 4,700-mile long NCT. The UP is remote and diverse, it holds pristine forests nourished by Lake Superior and some ancient geological features that contain some of the oldest exposed bedrock in the world. 

The Pacific Northwest Trail

The PNT is a 1,200-mile long route that runs from Glacier National Park in Montana to the Pacific Ocean in Olympic National Park. It's rugged and unestablished giving the hiker a real sense of being deep in the wilderness and on their own. 

The continental divide Trail

The CDT is a 3,100-mile long route that follows the continental divide from the Mexican/American border in New Mexico to the Canada/American border in Montana. It's rugged, multiple terrains, and a variety of elevation giving the hiker a real adventure. 

The Mississippi River - The Greybeard Documentary

Some of the sights we found while filming for GREYBEARD: The Man, The Myth, The Mississippi. The Mississippi River is a roughly 2,300-mile long river the source at Lake Itasca in Minnesota to the Gulf of Mexico 2o ish miles past Venice in Louisiana. Depending on the time of year it has many blowdowns, high waters, lots of wildlife and bugs, low waters, rain, wind, sun, snow, ice, barges, lock and dams, big ships, and islands giving a paddler a different adventure getting you deep in the wilderness and in many scenarios.
